The bike itself was okay, no major complaints there. But I had to return one part, and that’s where things got frustrating. I figured it would be a simple process, but the refund ended up taking weeks. I kept checking my email, then finally had to keep reaching out just to get updates. It felt like I had to chase them the whole time, which made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be.

The site was super simple to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. No hassle or confusion at all, which is exactly how it should be, right?

I checked out the bikes on zoozbikes.com because I was expecting something sleek with that retro moped vibe, and they definitely have a cool, different style. I do like the simple frames and color options, and the photos make them look fun to ride. That said, a few of the designs look a little bulkier than I was hoping for, so they’re not totally my taste. Overall, I think the style is nice, just not perfect for what I personally had in mind. I’d give it 3 stars.

I’ve had my Zooz for a few weeks now and the suspension is easily the thing I notice most.
My street is beat up, but this bike doesn’t rattle me around like my old one did. You still feel the road, just not in an annoying way.
I mostly ride around town and it’s been smooth and easy on my back. Really happy with it so far.
